Residential Leasehold Property Solicitor , Bournemouth
This is a unique and superb opportunity for an experienced residential property solicitor or legal executive with a background in leasehold proeprty work to join a specialist department.
The position involves acting for leaseholders and freeholders in relation to individual lease extensions, collective freehold purchases, right to manage, right of first refusal and other ancillary matters.
You will be experienced, ideally at 5+ years PQE and be technically strong and motivated by this area of law.
You will be comfortable dealing with all issues relating to leasehold owned flats.
Fee earners with a background in general residential conveyancing matters but with a knowledge of leasehold matters and a genuine interest in this area of law should apply.
Applications from relocators will be considered provided you can demonstrate a commitment to live and work in the Bournemouth area.
