Employment Solicitor

A UK Top 100 Law firm are looking for a confident and motivated Employment Solicitor 1-5 PQE, to join their nationally recognised and award-winning Employment team. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven Solicitor to join a high performing team, to progress their career and work with national and international clients.

Notably this role is currently fully remote, and post-COVID you will be required to work in the Exeter or Taunton office, with the flexibility to work remotely part of the time.

This is what you’ll be doing

• Provide pragmatic commercial advice to a wide range of clients, both in the public and private sector, locally, nationally and internationally
• You will be working with predominately employers, but also to senior employees/executives in a range of contentious and non-contentious matters
• Maintain and develop excellent client relationships
• Play and integral part in wide range of employment work, and be given the opportunity to work alongside senior lawyers who are leaders in this field
• Report directly to a Senior Associate

The experience you’ll bring to the team

• 1 – 5 PQE Solicitor
• Experience within both contentious and non-contentious employment matters (ideally with an employer focus)
• Experience in running your own Employment Litigation cases
• Ability to build strong client relationships, with excellent communication skills
• Meticulous and entrepreneurial
• Resilient and tenacious, in order to find the best possible outcomes for your clients
