THE ROLE:
An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Solicitor or Legal Executive to join a market-leading firm in the North East. The firm’s Private Client Team are experiencing a period of growth and are seeking an experienced Fee Earner to join the department. The appointed Wills, Trusts & Probate Lawyer will be required to advise clients on Wills, Tax Planning, Estate Administration, LPAs and Registration of Enduring Powers of Attorney. In addition to this, the workload will also include Applications to Court of Protection, assisting and advising Attorneys and Court of Protection appointed Deputies and Creation of Administration of Trusts. The postholder can be based out of any of the firm’s offices across Teesside however office presence will be required with some remote working.
 
THE CANDIDATE:
The successful Wills, Trusts & Probate Lawyer will either be a Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive and have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in handling their own caseload of Private Client matters. Excellent client care skills are essential for this role along with a proven track record of dealing with a busy caseload with minimal supervision.
