The Role

The firm are seeking to hire an Insolvency Litigation Solicitor in their office near Brentwood

This position will sit in the wider disputes team however, this will develop into a separate department who will provide non contentious insolvency work meaning your role varied.

The department is well-known for their work in this area, building an impressive client list. The team is fantastic at building lasting relationships and business development, meaning the firm are consistently busy with Insolvency and debt recovery files.

This position is ideal for someone strong Commercial Litigation and Insolvency Litigation experience to further specialise and develop this exciting team. Due to the nature of Insolvency, there is a heavy focus on business development should this be an area of interest for you

Requirements:

• You will be a Commercial Litigation or Insolvency Litigation Solicitor with 2 years PQE +
• You should have a good technical knowledge and previous experience in insolvency and debt recovery
