Solicitor / Associate commercial property role - Warwickshire Commercial Property -Warwickshire A superb opportunity for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor, looking to take the next step in their career with an excellent firm in Warwickshire The Role You will be working as part of a highly skilled team of commercial property solicitors. Based in our clients Warwickshire office this role would be ideal for a solicitor or associate looking to join a leading legal 500 law firm. Our client's is a full service multi office law firm looking to expanded there well-established commercial property team, there has never been a better time to join this fantastic team There is already an existing case load available and our client is looking for a candidate who can really hit the round running. The role will require you to conduct and manage your own cases from initial instruction through to conclusion; assist in marketing and business development of the department and firm. Deal with all types of non-contentious property transactions, including; leasehold and freehold acquisitions, leases and renewals, licenses to assign, sub-letting and surrendering leases. Acquisitions & disposals and landlord & tenant and development files. We would also be keen to hear from those at Senior level with a desire to progress.
