The Role:

The firm is looking to expand its Legal 500 Commercial Litigation team with a bright, ambitious Commercial Litigation Associate in their Manchester City Centre office.

You will join an award-winning Commercial Litigation led by a team of heavy-hitting Partners who are seen as leaders in their field, regularly recommended by clients for their reputation and exceptional level of expertise.

The Commercial Litigation team handles complex, multi-jurisdictional disputes, including shareholder disputes, economic tort, contract disputes, and IP disputes. You can expect to act for a variety of high profile clients, including multi-nationals, public sector organisations, and HNW individuals. You can expect a high-level of client contact, which is usually reserved for Partners, allowing you to build your business development skills.

Requirements:

• You will be a Commercial Litigation Associate with a minimum of 2 years PQE (there is no upper limit in regards to the amount of experience)
• You will be a commercially astute individual who is able to build strong client relationships
• Have a strong academic track record
• Able to work effectively as part of a team and independently
