JOB TITLE:                    Private Client Associate
PQE REQUIRED:            4+
LOCATION:                    Lincolnshire
SALARY:                        Up to c£50,000 DOE

THE ROLE:
The primary responsibilities of the appointed Private Client Associate include, but are not limited to, providing legal advice to a range of clients (including the negotiation and drafting of documentation), proactively developing new business opportunities, carrying out the various stages of legal proceedings in an efficient and timely manner with the aim of protecting the interests of the client and meeting agreed targets whilst showing a commercial approach to financial management. This role will see the successful Private Client Associate work under the direction of one of the firms’ Partners but must be able to work, for the most part, with minimal supervision to a high level.

THE CANDIDATE:
Applications are sought from Qualified Solicitors who possess a minimum of 4 years’ PQE in Private Client work and have therefore gained a sound knowledge of this area of law. Candidates who have a strong desire to learn and widen knowledge alongside building and developing relationships with both new and existing clients are encouraged to apply. Good communication skills are essential in order to be considered for this role along with solid organisation and time management skills.
