Commercial/Finance Litigation Lawyer Job - Cardiff/Home Working - Full time or 4 days a week
Your new company
Our client enjoy a reputation as a leading commercial law firm, rated in Legal 500 as a Tier 1 firm. Due to an increase in work streams, they currently have an excellent opportunity for a lawyer to join their market leading commercial litigation team, dealing with excellent quality and high calibre work, specifically within the financial services sector. Their office is based in Cardiff City Centre however the team are all currently working from home, but post Covid, the firm can provide genuine flexibility in terms of home and agile working. Applications are invited from those looking to work part-time.
Your new role
Working within a team noted as being one of the leaders in its field, you will work closely with colleagues and clients on high profile litigation matters. You will act for major banks and other financial institutions, including some big names and overseas banks. The work will be varied and will include complex commercial litigation, regulatory investigations, civil fraud, asset tracing & insolvency. The team have a successful track record of growth over the last few years, including 2020.
About You
You will be a qualified chartered legal executive or solicitor with excellent academics, ideally with at least 1 years PQE. Experience within financial services would be desirable but not essential; our client are also interested in hearing from lawyers with commercial litigation experience.
