Job description: We have a fantastic opportunity to join a Local Authority in the North West of England as a Locum Strategic Lawyer (Places). The client is looking for someone to start on a remote, full-time basis for a 6 months with the possibility of extension. You will be required to attend the office on the first day to collect equipment and go through an induction.
Main Responsibilities:
- Working within the following areas:
- Contract and Procurement
- Major Projects and Regeneration
- Commercial Property
- Working closely with Senior Leadership, Elected Members, Trade Unions, Partner Organisations and other key stakeholders from across the public and private sector.
Hourly Rate: £45 - £50
Experience working in contracts, procurement and regeneration to a high level is essential. Candidates must have worked in a Local Authority.
