Conveyancing Solicitor - Crawley/East Grinstead, West Sussex

A well established and reputable firm based in the East Grinstead/Crawley area are looking to recruit a career minded, ambitious Residential Conveyancer (likely 3 years+ PQE, Solicitor/CILEx or Licensed Conveyancer) to join their residential property team.

The firm offers a friendly and approachable service with a view to helping clients along the whole conveyancing process. They assist both individuals and businesses within the Property sector but also offer services within many other areas of law.

Your role will be to handle a broad and varied caseload of all aspects of residential conveyancing including freehold/leasehold sales and purchase, transfer of equity, buy to let, first buy, new builds and remortgages.

You must be a qualified Residential Conveyancer with 2yrs+ PQE in handling your own caseload. You'll be client focused and have good communication skills. Applications will be considered from all qualification routes including Conveyancing Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer and Legal Executive level, provided you have relevant experience.

The firms offices are easily commutable from most parts of Mid Sussex/Kent borders including Crawley, East Grinstead, Haywards Heath, Uckfield and Tunbridge Wells.
