A well regarded regional law firm in Amersham, Buckinghamshire are looking to hire an experienced Corporate Commercial Solicitor to join their growing team.

You'll be joining a busy and thriving practice which is well known across Buckinghamshire for the work they do. Your role will be to handle a mix of complex corporate and commercial matters including M&A, joint ventures, corporate transactions, corporate finance, commercial contracts, directors and shareholder agreements,

In addition to working with existing clients, you'll also participate in business development to assist in further growing the department.

You must be an experienced Corporate and Commercial Solicitor with at least 5 years PQE handling a combined corporate/commercial caseload. There will be supervisory elements to the role and experience of supervising peers and junior colleagues would be beneficial.
