Are you looking for a new opportunity to develop your career in commercial property law? Why not join our flexible, friendly and supportive team and make a real difference with the work you do?

Legal Services play a key role in delivering timely, clear and effective legal advice and representation to the Council. The Legal Property Team is responsible for supporting and advising the Council on an array of property related matters ranging from Landlord and Tenant work, major projects and strategic advice. We also deal with specialist areas such as Town and Village Greens and commons and can guarantee exposure to a breadth of work so you never stop learning and developing your expertise!

The Team has expanded considerably in the last year and the demand for support on property matters continues to increase.
