Superb opportunity for an ambitious employment associate to join the expanding team of this well-regarded Top 20 UK firm in the City. The department provides the full range of assistance on employment issues from day-to-day advisory work, to managing project and transactional work both in the UK and internationally. Within the UK, there is significant focus on advising on High Court disputes, particularly arising on team moves as well as Employment Tribunal claims including whistle-blowing and discrimination; disciplinary and grievance issues, terminations, redundancy programmes, business re-structuring and outsourcing.
