The Role

The firm is seeking to hire a new senior Commercial Property Solicitor (NQ - 3 years PQE) to join their practice in Birmingham. This role comes with the option to have three days working from home in the future.

You will deal with a high quality of Commercial Property matters, acting on high-value transactions. The property department is highly regarded and have a very strong reputation in the national market.

You will deal with a broad Commercial Property caseload which will include; Landlord and tenant work, real estate finance, development, acquisitions and disposals, and much more.

Requirements

• You will be a Commercial Property Solicitor with at 0-3 years PQE (there is no upper limit regarding the amount of experience)
• You should have a strong technical knowledge
• You should be an ambitious candidate keen to want to progress.
• Excellent client care skills are essential
