Real Estate Solicitor (Investment & Development)

This high calibre Legal 100 firm is recruiting into its large real estate team in Exeter. 
 
The firm is searching for a solicitor or legal executive with commercial property experience.
 
You will be joining a successful team that act for private developers, investors, registered providers and local authorities up and down the UK. The team play a significant role in acquisitions for real estate investments. 
 
Work will include joint venture projects, investment acquisition, disposal asset management work, secured lending and commercial development and all aspects of planning. 
 
You will provide advice on residential and mixed use-development sites.  
 
This vacancy will likely suit a solicitor or legal executive from NQ level up to 3 years' post qualified experience. 
 
Ideally you should have some experience in property development schemes, but those with a more general background should apply as extensive further training will be given. Attitude and commitment is just as important as experience!  
 
In this position you will have exposure to local and national projects, often large scale (to include some of the largest projects seen in the UK), and requiring collaboration with colleagues in other offices including London and internationally.
 
You will work closely with well respected solicitors and partners and will be encouraged to flourish within this very supportive team environment. You will have significant client contact and be encouraged to build an excellent reputation for yourself. 
 
Based in a central Exeter office you will enjoy working at this high flying firm advising on very high quality work. Flexible and work from home options available, although you should live within a commutable distance of Exeter.
