I'm delighted to be working with a highly respected Wiltshire heavyweight firm who are going through a period of expansion.

Based in one of their offices across the region, this opportunity for a Commercial Solicitor should appeal to legal professionals looking to advance their career in a forward thinking, established firm.

All offices are well equipped with on site parking, and an advanced IT infrastructure including a case management system that would allow for home working to be part of your working week.

You will have responsibility for:

• Fee Income for all aspects of Commercial and Commercial Property work
• Identifying improvements and to plan innovatively for better service delivery.
• Developing and maintaining strong & profitable client relationships, critical to the success of the department. Consistently high level of service delivery to meet client's expectations.
• Supervising a two-year qualified solicitor who will also provide support on client files
Support with: -
• Raising the profile of the firm and enhancing the reputation of the Commercial department

This role would suit a Solicitor, based within Wiltshire, and with experience of general Commercial Law and Commercial Property matters.
