Job Details
The CQS Accredited Residential Property department within the firm is thriving, with quality work being generated by the firm and its existing clients. The firm is seeking a qualified residential property solicitor to join this buoyant department.
You will be responsible for running your own mixed busy caseload of residential conveyancing matters which will involves residential property transactions including HNW clients on sale, purchase, re-mortgages, leasehold enfranchisement, re-financing of property as well as Landlord and Tenant matters.
A benefit would be experience in commercial property matters but is not a prerequisite.
