This practice is multi-service and they benefit heavily from cross referral work. they specialise in litigation, family law, private client and property. The majority of the work comes from referrals or 'word of mouth'. They have been servicing the same clients since their establishment providing sense of client familiarity which is hard to find in the modern legal landscape.

The role

This is an excellent opportunity for a Residential Conveyancer to join a growing practice based in Egham, Surrey.

In this role you will be working directly alongside senior partners in the practice. you will be managing a mixed caseload of:

• Sales and purchases
• Transfer of equity
• New builds
• Lease extensions
• Freehold & leasehold

You will be inheriting a caseload which has been leveraged and grown for the last 10 years. You will be working alongside an experienced partner for the short-term with a view of taking on the caseload and putting your stamp on the department. This firm deals with a variety of residential properties which vary in value and net-worth.

In this role you will be very well supported. This firm have an ethos of allowing their fee-earners to fee-earn, as opposed to being inundated with administration. They recognise this is often a gripe shared by conveyancers and as a result, they heavily invest in support staff which ranges from experienced paralegals to legal secretaries.

Requirements

• You will be a Conveyancer and you will have 5+ years' experience in running your own files.
