You will have a team of specialist employment lawyers to bounce off, and to support you if there are any cases you need assistance on. They deal with an exciting range of transactional and contentious work and Solicitors are encouraged to mould their own careers in the direction that best suits them. The firm's Employment Lawyers are experts in negotiation - they rarely go to court, as they attempt to negotiate a settlement without trial wherever possible. You will be taught their astute negotiation methodology to help you achieve optimum results and to further enhance you skill set.

Requirements

• You will be an Employment Solicitor with 4 years + PQE (Candidates with higher PQE level are encouraged to apply)
• You will have strong technical knowledge
• You will be commercially minded and enjoy business development and marketing and client facing work
