Legal Counsel - 1 - 4 PQE
We are working with a leading global High-Tec manufacturer and due to continued growth are now looking for an experienced legal counsel to join the team. This would suit a 1-4 PQE Solicitor with a strong background in general commercial contracts.
This position will sit in the wider legal team where your day to day duties will consist of NDA's, research agreements, customer agreements and tech agreements. Eventually this role is going to looked at to take on succession for a senior legal counsel, so support and training towards more complex commercial contracts, IP, compliance and governance will be given.
