Job Details
TSR Legal are seeking a Property Litigation Solicitor to join our clients offices in Barry.
The successful candidate will be joining an established firm to take on their own caseload in a hands-on role, for which they will take primary responsibility. The aim is for the successful applicant to join the firm as soon as possible.
The caseload is likely to include:
Clearing off or enforcing rights on freehold land such as easements or restrictive covenants; Development related issues such as rights to light, vacant possession strategies and nuisance claims; Contract disputes concerning land, including pre-conditions, breach and overage disputes; Professional negligence issues arising from estate transactions; Landlord and tenant, especially business tenancies; 1954 Act renewals; Forfeiture and possession claims; Dilapidations; Rent/Service charge issues; Rent reviews and Insolvency issues impacting on leases.
Requirements:
At least 2+ years PQE years prior experience. Prior experience in the litigation process and/or familiarity with the terms of Leases and the statutory framework of Landlord & Tenant legislation.
Salary: To £45,000
