THE ROLE:

The team do a range of work for clients from quality SME to household name companies across a range of sectors.

Quality workload akin to regional/national firms.

The work is a blend of contentious and non-contentious matters including: advising on the full range of construction form contract documents (such as NEC and JCT), as well as advising on construction law and strategy in relation to claims, adjudications and dispute resolution in the Technology and Construction court.

They have a busy, well-structured team and are looking to bring in a seasoned Solicitor to the team - from 5 years’ PQE upwards.

THE CANDIDATE:

Candidate with at least 5 years’ PQE
