The Role

3+ PQE Residential Property Solicitor to join leading multi-office South-West Regional

Recently awarded as the "Best Property Team in Dorset", the multi-office team supports a wide array of often landed and affluent clients in all matters within Residential Property.

Whether buying, selling, auctioning a property or setting up a tenancy, the team strives and performs to the highest levels of client's satisfaction. Be it in supporting First-time buyers with a New Build purchase or managing a portfolio of Country Houses and Estates, clients receive a concise and reliable service with an focus on quality.

In a unique role, you will utilise your 3+ years of experience to take ownership of more complex matters, aid in supporting more junior colleagues and work on a mixed caseload that changes in response to fluctuations in business demand and absences amongst the team.

Regularly visiting the numerous offices locally, you'll work confidently in ensuring deadlines are met across the business.

Those with managerial experience and prior hands-on exposure to auditing and compliance matter are of interest, however this background is not essential.

Joining the business with Senior expertise in a guru-like position, the opportunity lends itself to progress into the Management team.
