Residential Conveyancing Solicitor | Non Volume

TSR Legal Recruitment are working with a well-respected firm who are now looking for a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join their small team who focus on non-volume local agent client work.

THE ROLE:

Your role as the Senior Conveyancing Solicitor will be to manage clients and develop a small conveyancing department . In addition, you'll oversee all stages of the conveyancing process, from instruction to completion (mix of sales/purchases/freehold/leasehold). As a senior member of the firm, you will work closely with firms other practice partners 

In order to be considered, you must be a qualified conveyancing Solicitor with some supervisory experience together with a broad depth of experience in conveyancing.

The work is traditional face to face work and local client caseload. You should have excellent knowledge of registered and unregistered land, leasehold and freehold properties, transfer of equity, help to buy, new builds and be able to title check.

The ideal candidate will be able to deal with a case management system and be able to balance carrying your own caseload along with supervising two other members of your team.
