Employment Solicitor

We are working closely with one of the Top firms across the UK who are now looking for an experienced Employment Solicitor/Associate to join their highly regarded Bristol offices. You will be joining four other Fee Earners in Bristol and be a part of the wider Employment team totalling of 10 experts in their field.

You will be expected to handle your own caseload of complex and high value contentious matters. There will also be times where you may also assist with non-contentious and corporate matters.

Ideally you will be 4-7 PQE, however if you fall out of this remit but you hold strong experience of handling Tribunal cases for employers, applications are still encouraged. The firm are very proactive with training and development due to their infrastructure and wider resources they are able to seriously invest in your career.

You will also be expected to manage cases from inception through to final hearing stages of an array of employment issues including:

• Disciplinary proceedings
• Grievances
• Redundancies
• Discrimination
• Settlement agreements

You will also be a good team player where you achieve commercial solutions to clients' employment issues.
