JOB TITLE: Locum Residential & Commercial Property Solicitor
PQE REQUIRED: 3 +
LOCATION: Cambridgeshire
SALARY: Dependant on Experience

HE ROLE:
Are you an experienced Property Locum with the capability to provide locum support on a range of commercial & residential property matters for 1 weeks holiday w/c 29/03/2021? Providing cover for a head of department, you will be advising on a complete range of commercial & residential transactions.

THE CANDIDATE:
Ideally you will have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in undertaking a varied caseload of both residential and commercial property transactions. The requirement is for someone to be capable and confident in working alone and able to hit the ground running picking up an existing caseload. You must be available to commit to full time for the duration of the requirement w/c 29/03/2021. The ideal Property locum will be an energetic, tenacious, possess excellent communication skills and someone who takes a methodical approach to planning and organisation.
