OVERVIEW:
• Take responsibility for a broad range of costs matters within the clinical negligence sector
• The successful candidate will have at least 3 years’ experience in Costs, with a proven track record in drafting, negotiation and litigation
• You will ideally have previous experience in both Defendant and Claimant work to include drafting costs budgets, bills of costs, Points of Dispute, Replies, negotiating settlements, drafting Schedules of Costs and handling both personal injury and commercial litigation.
• You will be able to prioritise your workload effectively, work well within a team and possess excellent attention to detail.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills as well as being able to work efficiently under pressure is essential.
