In this role you will handle a broad yet complex range of Property Litigation matters including landlord and tenant litigation, dilapidations, forfeiture, land registration disputes, issues relating to landlord's consent, lease renewals, possession claims, recovery of rent and much more. Their clients include household names in the retail and leisure sectors, investment landlords, and developers of both commercial and residential land, local authorities, and other public bodies.

Whilst having some property litigation experience is ideal, the firm is also happy to consider those coming from a more general commercial litigation background with a genuine interest in property litigation.

Due to the team structure and the work on offer the firm is specifically looking for a Newly Qualified or 1 PQE Property Litigation Solicitor to join the team. They are a market leading team with some fantastic expertise so they are really looking for someone who can really come in, work hard and make their mark.
