The Role

The firm is seeking a Corporate Commercial Associate or Senior Associate to join their team in St. Albans, Hertfordshire.

You will take a senior role within a busy team that has recently had an influx of new work, making now an exciting time to join. The firm will provide access to a diverse, high-quality caseload - the team currently provides technically astute advice across:

• Mergers & Acquisitions
• Commercial contracts
• Corporate transactional work
• Terms of sale and purchase
• Joint ventures
• and Corporate finance.

You will work in synergy with other departments therefore you must be adaptable, this approach undertaken by the firm has created a sociable culture across their offices, A commercially minded outlook and business development skills will underpin this role, as this firm is seeking to grow their practice.

Requirements

• You will be a Corporate Commercial Solicitor with 4 PQE +
• There is no upper limit in PQE
• You will have a good experience in a broad range of Corporate Commercial work
• You will be a team-player with first-class communication skills and an eye for detail
• You will have a keen eye for new business opportunities and networking skills
• Ideally, you will have experience of leading and mentoring more junior lawyers
