JOB TITLE: Commercial Property Lawyer
PQE REQUIRED: NQ+ years PQE
LOCATION: Cambridgeshire
SALARY: £Dependent on Experience

THE ROLE:
Currently experiencing an exciting period of growth this reputable firm is looking to bolster their commercial property team through the appointment of an ambitious Commercial Property Lawyer. As part of the busy department you will supporting the commercial property lawyers on a variety of commercial property transactions including acting for small businesses, property developers and large multinationals. In addition to sales and purchase matters you will be the first point of call for clients requiring advice in relation to landlord and tenant matters.

THE CANDIDATE:
The firm is looking to engage a highly motivated Solicitor, Legal Executive or Paralegal with at least 2 years' experience of dealing with Commercial Property matters. The firm is particularly interested in hearing from Solicitors and Legal Executives who are happy to undertake business development and marketing activities to cement the firm's presence in the market.
