Commercial Contracts Paralegal/Legal Assistant

TSR Legal are currently recruiting on behalf of an in house legal team based in London who are currently looking to recruit a Commercial Contracts Paralegal/Legal Assistant to the expanding legal department.

Our client has experienced significant growth over the last 4 years and to assist with the demand currently on the business they are looking for an individual to deal with general commercial contracts on behalf of the organisation.

As a Commercial Contracts Paralegal/Legal Assistant you will be responsible for reviewing, drafting and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts including NDA’s, Terms and Conditions, supplier agreements across a number of countries globally. As well as this, you will have the opportunity to review compliance and GDPR policies as well as developing new procedures and policies.

To be considered for this role, our client is requiring a candidate with at least 1-2 years’ experience as either a Paralegal or Legal Assistant either in house of private practice with experience of dealing with Commercial Contracts of all sizes.  On offer is the opportunity to join a firm who can have a fantastic work culture, gym membership, private medical insurance, social events as well as good quality work and career development.
