The firm are looking to appoint a Solicitor to with specific expertise in advising offshore trust creation, however the work will also cover a full range advice for high-net worth sectors. Work may include:
* Advising on all aspects of offshore trusts
* Estate planning for non-domiciled individuals
* Global asset structuring and protection
* UK tax treatment of investment in the UK
* Estate planning and other related tax work
* Succession planning for family business owners
