Full Time or Part Time
Option to progress to Head of Department
Our client, a trusted law firm in Banbury, are seeking a Private Client Solicitor to join their successful team.
You will manage a typical private client caseload to include wills, probate, tax, trusts, lasting powers of attorney, Court of Protection and the administration of estates. The department benefits from thriving property, care and family departments, ensuring a steady stream of referrals. Full time secretarial support will be provided.
The firm fully supports their employees with their professional development. This position allows for progression to Head of Department if desired. Applicants who do not wish to manage a department are also encouraged to apply.
The firm are open to considering part time applicants who offer four days per week.
Applications will be considered from qualified Solicitors with a minimum of three years’ PQE, who can confidently handle busy caseloads autonomously. Individuals below this threshold are invited to apply to discuss alternative opportunities.
Salary is negotiable dependent on experience and expected to be in the region of £45,000 - £50,000 per annum.
