JOB TITLE:                   Commercial Property Solicitor

THE ROLE:
This firm’s busy property team enjoy a steady stream of quality work from a broad range of clients all over the UK to include a number of major PLCs. This role will see the appointed Commercial Property Solicitor handle their own mixed and busy caseload of Commercial Property matters to include landlord and tenant, general property estate management work, refinancing work and agricultural property. This firm are proud that the majority of their partners in this team trained with the firm therefore excellent career progression opportunities are on offer.

THE CANDIDATE:
Applications are welcomed from experienced Commercial Property Solicitors who have at least 3 years’ experience handling their own caseload of Commercial Property matters. This firm have a loyal client base and the majority of their work comes from recommendations and so applicants must be committed to providing outstanding client care.
