The role

This top-ranking and award-winning firm are seeking a Contentious Trusts & Probate Solicitor to join their profitable and growing department.

You will work alongside the other members of the team to drive the department forwards; you will be a key player of this growing team. You will have high levels of autonomy to make the role your own.

You will have a good understanding of the litigation process. Your caseload will include validity of wills disputes, management and administration of trusts and estates disputes, court of protection disputes. Knowledge of the Inheritance Act 1975 would be extremely beneficial.

You will have industry experts surrounding you to help further shape and develop your career.

Though the role will be remote, you will be fully supported by the department and wider firm to allow you to work seamlessly, reaching your full potential.

Requirements

• You will be a specialist Contentious Trusts & Probate Solicitor with at least 6 years PQE (there is no upper limit regarding the amount of experience)
• You will be meticulous when it comes to detail
• You should have first-class communication skills
• The ability to build credible client relationships is essential
