The firm has an experienced property team which deals with work sourced largely through local contacts, agents, and repeat and referral clients.

The role would require you to undertake all aspects of the residential conveyancing process, including freehold and leasehold work, sales, purchases, re-mortgages, transfers of equity, right to buy, shared ownership and new plot purchases. Working closely with an experienced Partner, you will be expected to carry out additional duties including managing, training and supervising the wider team, as well as business development to build the team's and your own individual profile in the property market.
