Property Litigation Legal Executive

A top 200 national law firm are looking for an NQ Property Litigation Legal Executive to join their award-winning property team. 

In this role, you will work as part of a specialist team of litigators and will be responsible for your own caseload of property litigation work. 

This position will be home-based initially, but will later be based in the firm’s Wigan office once the government restrictions are lifted. Post-COVID, you will still be able to work flexibly and have the option to work from home (or wherever you want!) for part of the week.  

This is the perfect position for a recently qualified lawyer or a junior litigation or conveyancing lawyer looking to retrain into property litigation.

Property Litigation Legal Executive - Manchester  The company & role 

• A Legal 500 and Chambers and Partners recognised full-service law firm with 6 offices across the UK 

   

• You will handle your own mixed property litigation caseload of residential landlord and tenant work involving residential evictions, landlord advice, notice preparation and County Court Proceedings

The ideal candidate 

• An NQ Solicitor or a Property Litigation Legal Executive with up to 2 years’ PQE 

   

  Will have experience in litigation or conveyancing

   

  Will be used to using a case management system 

   

• Will be committed to providing a high level of customer service and comfortable liaising with clients
