Job Details

We are looking to attract and experienced solicitor to join our large loss/catastrophic injury defence team in our Southampton office.

The role will focus on assisting the partners with the day to day handling of their complex, high value, multi-track cases and will also include handling your own multi-track injury cases. This can include litigating some of the largest personal injury claims in the country, working with leading lawyers, top 10 insurers, barristers and experts. This offers an opportunity to be actively involved in the cases.

We are keen to hear from candidates with a similar background in catastrophic injury or large loss, with a high standard of verbal and numerical reasoning and the ability to analyse, evaluate and communicate information logically is key - together with proficient IT skills. We are also interested in anyone with the aptitude, drive and determination to work at the cutting edge of defence litigation with previous experience of handling RTA/EL/PL cases.

We offer a nurturing and collaborative environment alongside a competitive salary. Our company benefits include 25 days holiday allowance plus the option to purchase an extra 5 days and free day off for your birthday, pension scheme, health cash plan, life assurance and income protection insurance. We also offer a number of discounts to use for gym membership, car leasing, mobile phones and insurance products.
