Are you a Residential Conveyancer on the lookout for new position close to Newcastle Upon Tyne? We are working with one of the largest property services group nationally, that have recently added an arm to their successful bow, in Gateshead, Tyne and Wear. Our client is looking to double their Residential Conveyancing department in size over the next two years so now is an exciting time to be joining this highly successful Residential Conveyancing department.

Being part of a larger property group there is a secure flow of work that will never dry up, no matter what the property market does in the coming months. This opportunity therefore offers job security that cannot be rivalled.

Essential Requirements

-You must be a Residential Conveyancer that can hit the ground running. Essentially you must be equally confident in managing leasehold and freehold matters, sales and purchases and shared ownership. You must also be confident title checking. Applications without all this experience will not be considered.

-Our client is totally open to level of qualification and will happily consider applications from Solicitors, Licensed Conveyancers, Chartered Legal Executives, or non-qualified fee earners with the fee earning experience noted above.

-Our client been established for 40 years and have an outstanding reputation within the North East of England. Joining them as a Residential Conveyancer you would be working alongside some top calibre property lawyers in the region.

This is evidenced by the fact a lot of their current team leaders have gone through our client's development programme and successfully risen through the ranks. With huge plans to expand over the next two years, there will certainly be scope for you to progress.

The Role

-You will be running a caseload of mixed residential conveyancing files including both sales and purchases, leasehold and freehold, Transfer of Equity and New Build matters.

-This is a paperless department, but you will receive full training however you should be good with technology.
