Our client is looking to double their Residential Conveyancing department in size over the next two years so now is an exciting time to be joining this highly successful Residential Conveyancing department.

-You must be a Residential Conveyancer that can hit the ground running. Essentially you must be equally confident in managing leasehold and freehold matters, sales and purchases and shared ownership. You must also be confident title checking. Applications without all this experience will not be considered.
-Our client is totally open to level of qualification and will happily consider applications from Solicitors, Licensed Conveyancers, Chartered Legal Executives, or non-qualified fee earners with the fee earning experience noted above.
-Our client been established for 40 years and have an outstanding reputation within the North East of England. Joining them as a Residential Conveyancer you would be working alongside some top calibre property lawyers in the region.

-You will be running a caseload of mixed residential conveyancing files including both sales and purchases, leasehold and freehold, Transfer of Equity and New Build matters.
-This is a paperless department, but you will receive full training however you should be good with technology.
