The Role

Experienced Private Client Paralegal to join Legal 500 ranked team in Bristol Top 100 firm

The award-winning Private Wealth team are specialists in complex estate and tax affairs, and due to continued growth and investment, a driven and ambitious Paralegal is required to support and learn from some of the best Fee Earners in the sector.

Day-to-day, you will advise executors on the content and lasting effects of Wills, support on Inheritance and Capital Gains Tax matters and be heavily involved in all the team does.

Due to this exposure, you will swiftly develop as a lawyer, and being offered continued career development as a result.

The four Partners are keen to offer continued mentoring and training, bringing you up to speed on complexities and supporting you in building client relationships.

The Requirements

• Previous experience in Probate/Estates
• Ideally, prior experience in managing cases
• High attention to detail
• Willingness to learn and advance career via structured development
