The Role

3+ PQE Agricultural and Rural Property Solicitor to join Legal 500 ranked team in Salisbury Top 200 firm

Following continued investment into the team, a talented Rural Property Solicitor with solid expertise is needed to join the thriving Salisbury team.

In a trusted and influential role in the four Partner team, you will advise on large and often complex transactions dealing with the sale, purchase or letting of substantial rural properties and businesses.

Owing to the needs and collaborative nature of the team, you will work also within Property Finance, Development and Planning.

Transactions often reach over £30m in value, with the team very much being the go-to for client both based in the region and nationally. The team's success is built upon longstanding relationships and engagement with clients, this being a pivotal aspect of the role.

• 3+ years PQE within Rural Property
• A confidential, empathetic and human approach to client engagement
• Enjoy the reward of mentoring more junior colleagues
