The Role

NQ to 3 PQE Commercial Property Lawyer to join Legal 500 ranked Salisbury Top 200 firm.

Following continued investment into the team, a talented Property Solicitor is needed to join an ever-expanding team in Salisbury

Working with four Partners and over ten other fee earners, you will be involved in significant and often complex transactions dealing with the sale, purchase or letting of substantial properties and businesses.

Transactions range from £500,000 - £50m and can include options, promotion agreements, surrenders; conditional contracts, joint ventures and similar structures, giving invaluable exposure to Planning, Development and Property Finance.

As the team supports many landed individuals, you'll gain a good understanding of Agricultural Property also.

The team's success is built upon longstanding relationships and engagement with clients, this being a pivotal aspect of the role.

You will be continually mentored by Partners, be allowed to build your network and work at a means beyond the usual for your PQE-career development in structured, with the firm having a history of offering quick and sustained progression.
