This is an excellent opportunity to take on an existing caseload of good quality residential property work, including sales, purchases, re-mortgages. There is a large client base and this will give you an opportunity to work on plenty of high quality instructions while in addition building your own profile and reputation in the area.
You will be leading the current team of 5 fee earners, supervising their workload, acting as a mentor and assisting them with their own development and career progression, while ensuring that clients receive the best service
Business development and networking is an important aspect to this role and you will be encouraged to participate in all business development initiatives.
