We are seeking an Employment Solicitor who can manage a mixed and varied caseload with minimum supervision as this is a senior role working directly with the Partner. The workload consists of a variety of contentious and non-contentious cases supporting a variety of clients, individual employees as well as SMEs and large UK companies and the work will include:
- Unfair dismissal
- Breach of contract
- Working Time Regulations
- Ill-health and sickness absence
- Terms and conditions/contracts of employment
