The Role

This Legal 500, award winning firm are seeking a Residential Property Solicitor NQ-2 year+ PQE to join their office in the City of London. This role has a clear pathway to partnership!

This is an exciting and growing department, giving you the opportunity to work alongside some of the top legal talent in the industry and there is a real demand for this kind of work by the firm's clients.

Although this company does work on some legal aid cases which gather huge media attention, this is a privately funded department which has an active caseload of intricate work and fund cases by way of Conditional Fee Agreements and private fees.

You must have experience in residential property dealing with a good quality caseload consisting of; Sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties, Lease extensions, Re-mortgages and transfer of equity, the caseload will also from time to time have some new builds.

Requirements:

• You will be experienced and have a strong legal knowledge in all areas of residential property law
• You will have strong technical skills, excellent communication and good attention to detail
