Employment Solicitor (5+ PQE)

An established multi-service North West law firm is looking for an ambitious Employment Solicitor to help them build a presence in this sector of the law. 

To begin with, you'll be the sole member of the department and take over an existing employment caseload. Going forwards, you’ll be actively involved in generating work, steering the department and growing a team around you. 

The firm are very flexible and are happy for this to be either a full-time or part-time position. This is an excellent opportunity for a self-starter looking to assume more responsibility and be instrumental in the development of a team.

In this role, you’ll run a varied employment caseload and take an active role in developing the department

Commutable from Preston, Blackburn, Chorley, Burnley, Wigan, Blackpool and Bolton

The ideal candidate 

An Employment Solicitor with 5+ years' PQE  
A self-starter who enjoys business development and networking 
Will have varied employment experience, including contentious and non-contentious matters 

May have a client following but this is not essential 
May have experience of supervising junior colleagues
