The Role

They are seeking to hire a Housing Litigation Solicitor 4-6 years PQE to join their existing team based in their office, close to Dulwich, South East London.

You will be joining an existing team of 2 solicitors, 1 trainee and a paralegal so there is great support in place from day one.

This specialist department is very well-established, working for defendants and dealing with a high volume of work - mainly disrepair, EPA and possession work on behalf of social landlords. Advice on tenancy matters would also be beneficial, as well as some experience in landlord work.

A collaborative, organised approach to working is required to succeed in this role as well as having the confidence and ability to work to a high level of accuracy and productivity unsupervised.

The firm are looking for someone who wants to integrate themselves into the team and company for the long haul. This role will lead to partnership for the right candidate.

Requirements

• You will be a Housing Litigation Solicitor 4-6 years PQE
• You will specialise in disrepair, EPA and possession work on behalf of social landlords
