The Firm

This firm deal with a quality of work commonly only associated with City practices. You will find an immensely diverse client base that continues to evolve constantly. The Role

This top-ranking and award-winning firm are seeking a Property Litigation Associate to join their City of London office.

You will work alongside the other partners to drive the department forwards, you will be at the forefront of this growing team. You will oversee, mentor and train more junior members of the team. You will have high levels of autonomy to make the role your own.

The Property Litigation department deals with a very high quality of work. It feeds off of the highly successful Real Estate department that is ranked highly in the legal 500 and other directories.

You will deal with a mixture of residential and commercial properties, but much more heavily weighted towards commercial. They service a broad client base ranging from SME, OMB and some national companies. You will find that the work spans a wide range of industry sectors.

Work will include, but not be limited to, Breach of lease, possession claims and evictions, breach of covenant claims, dilapidation, forfeiture, break notices, service charge disputes, boundary disputes and right of way disputes.

  • This role would be a great opportunity for a qualified 1+ PQE solicitor looking for a route to progression
  • You will be eligible for a performance-related bonus, which is lucrative

Requirements

  • You will be a Property Litigation Solicitor with at least 1 years PQE (there is no upper limit regarding the amount of experience)
  • You will be meticulous when it comes to detail
  • You should have first-class communication skills
  • The ability to build credible client relationships is essential
  • Salary is competitive and negotiable depending on your level of experience (you will also receive an industry-leading benefits package)
