Joining a busy CQS accredited team in Hertford either 3-4 days per week, the successful lawyer will utilise their skills and expertise to provide high quality advice and service on all aspects of residential property matters. Additionally, the successful lawyer will build and maintain long-lasting client relationships.

- Freehold and leasehold transactions
- Sales and purchases
- Buy to let
- Shared ownership
- New builds
- Preparing draft contracts
- Liaising with clients and external professionals
- Solicitors, legal executives and licensed conveyancers with a minimum of 5 years’ PQE
- Technically proficient in residential conveyancing
- Possesses outstanding communication and client care skills
- IT literate
- Highly organised, working well under pressure to meet tight deadlines
- Strives for high standards in their work
- Seeking a part time position
