RESIDENTIAL CONVEYANCER – 2+ PQE – KENT - £EXCELLENT – JOB REF:3574

The perfect candidate will either be a qualified Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive or CLC with at least 2 years’ PQE. You will be highly personable and charismatic with previous experience in dealing with the full range of residential conveyancing transactions. You will be extremely organised, highly motivated and be able to communicate effectively at all levels. As an experienced Residential Conveyancer with at least 2 years’ PQE you will be able to hit the ground running to support a thriving department. For this role, the successful candidate must be a qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with previous experience within the residential property market. Your main duties will include managing a busy caseload of both freehold and leasehold transactions. You will be completely competent in dealing with both sales and purchases including new build and help to buy. You should also be able to demonstrate solid experience in all areas of residential property including, re-mortgages, transfers of equity, tenancy agreements and referrals. This opportunity is a full time, permanent position, office based.
